Rowan Rune Charm
Rowan berries, sealed in eco-friendly bio resin and quartz crystals bound with sterling silver throughout, the Rowan Rune Charm carries the Algiz rune (ᛉ) , and a forged iron nail, both traditional Scottish symbols of protection. Each charm is finished with a tartan ribbon, symbolising belonging and kinship.

The Charms
I am making handcrafted protection charms, steeped in Scottish folklore. Each piece combines the power of nature and craft: rowan berries gathered under a full moon, iron blacksmith nails forged to ward off harm, and clear quartz to magnify the magic within, bound together with sterling silver. A limited edition of twenty, made with intention and magic.
Preparing the Rowan Berries
Rowan has long been associated with protection and threshold magic.
Every charm begins with a single berry.
Crafting magic takes time. Each rowan berry is hand-selected, dried, and mounted with care. They are then sealed in bio resin.
All chains, pins and rings are sterling silver and quartz crystals are added to the rowan berry strands.
